Every mobile product sits on a small pile of testimonials it never uses. They are the five-star reviews on the App Store and Google Play — written voluntarily, in the customer's own words, often more specific and more emotional than anything a marketing form would ever produce. The problem is where they live. A store review page is a walled garden: it ranks by recency and helpfulness, it buries older reviews, and it is invisible to the prospect reading your website deciding whether to download at all.
